I hope your holiday season has gotten off to a good start. Amy and Cassi have moved to our new house in Florida until the end of Cassi’s school year, but were back visiting all of last week. They spent time doing things like going to the dentist and visiting Cassi’s old school. It was nice to have them around in-person, even though I see them every day on FaceTime.  We had a lovely extended family dinner the Sunday before, so Thursday was a nice, quiet day for all of us. In the later afternoon, we went to go to Frozen, which was a hit all around.

I’m looking forward to my visit to Florida at the beginning of the new year (don’t worry, I’ll still be working). Amy has been sending me pictures of sandcastles and sunsets, and it’s starting to get to me. I’m also looking forward to healthier, homemade food. I’m not much of a cook, and take out, eggs, and frozen pizza gets old after a while.

In other office news, both Bob and Elizabeth have birthdays this month. Lunch plans are in order. We are also enjoying the Christmas decorations and music. Allie was pushing for starting the Christmas music before Thanksgiving, but she was (thankfully) out voted.

If you’re an employer, feel free to call or email me to discuss your hiring needs.  At TeamBradley, we’re committed to adding value to your organization. And even if you’re not presently hiring, I would still love to talk with you about the market or research salary comparisons for your current staff.

If you’re in the market or just keeping an eye out, please check out the many great opportunities we have for anyone considering a job change or looking for a new challenge. We have been excited about the many strong candidates we have had the chance to work with and support.

Contrary to popular opinion, December is a great time for the job market. Companies need to close out their budgets by the end of the year and there are always candidates looking to make a move. Look over the articles I have pulled that I think are helpful tools for IT professionals. And be sure to check out our complete list of  Open Positions.

Happy Holidays!
