Hello from TeamBradley and Happy Autumn to you!

It is that time of year when football is happening, weather is cooler and the holidays are right around the corner. Yep I said that, it’s already out there. In our family, once we hit October we consider it the downhill slide to the holiday season. Here is why I say that, our youngest daughter’s birthday is Oct 9th (Sweet 16), my wife and I celebrate our anniversary at the end of October and we finish the month with Halloween! Suddenly before you know it the calendar page changes and it’s November. You see, we just celebrate one thing after another and slide right into the holidays. I am sending this note out now, hoping to get ahead of the crazy times that will ensue. The marketplace and business tends to do the same thing when October rolls into November. It gets crazy and we slide right into the holidays. We know it is crazy because our clients are working to save their hiring budget money and fill positions. And other clients are eagerly assessing their plans for the new year. Our job is to keep pace with our clients, so we know their needs and timing.
