I feel like Marty Mcfly stepping out of the Delorean, not knowing what day or time it is. How is it already April?! I don’t know about you, but that first quarter flew by for me. You know what else flew by? Last month, March, marked my career anniversary of 34 years in the recruitment business.
I must say that even after all this time I still love doing what I do for a career. Each and every day I get to help people. One of the biggest parts of my job is building and maintaining relationships, and I want to thank you for being a part of this business.
All students have a bitter sweet relationship with this time of year. School is ending, and finals are coming! Our youngest, Cassi is currently in that conflicting relationship with education as she begins to dedicate her time to studying. Her rowing season is intensifying as her team goes to Sweeps next weekend and Regional’s in early May. It will be a busy weekend; This Sunday my wife Amy and Cassi are heading to see the Olympic Rowing Time Trials finals. The finals are being held at a local lake where Cassi has rowed multiple times this year. This final round determines who the Olympians are that will be heading to Rio with Team USA.
With new seasons come new sports! The Cubs have begun to play, and I have a good feeling about this year. And last night’s no hitter is validating my positive outlook as a Cubs fan! That reminds me, we need your help! In an effort to support your company and your desire to attract the best of the best future employees, having your company’s updated 2016 Benefits Summary keeps us in the loop about what your company proudly offers its full time employees. We share it with those candidates that we identify as potentially a fit for your environment. This is important when the candidate is assessing his/her options for employment. In return, by sending us your 2016 Benefits summary, you will be entered into a drawing to win TeamBradley’s Cubs Tickets for Sunday May 15th vs. The Pittsburgh Pirates. Drawing ends May 10th and the winner will be announced May 11th. Due to the nature of our business, that announcement will be confidential. Thank You and Good Luck!
Feel free to call or email me to discuss your hiring needs. At TeamBradley, we’re committed to adding value to your organization. And even if you’re not presently hiring, I would still love to talk with you about your plans for the next quarter and for 2016, the market in general or to help you research salary comparisons for your current staff.
