Hot, hot, HOT! July sure was hot for both TeamBradley locations in Wheaton, IL and Nokomis, FL. I hope wherever you are, you have air conditioning! The temperature wasn’t the only thing burning this summer: the month of July was sizzling with business for TeamBradley. We filled 7 jobs, each with an individual IT talent focus.

Like most summers, my family spent a good deal of time at our lake house, including the 4th of July weekend.  Bob and his family joined us for a couple weekends of the month as well.  For most families, mine included, it is so difficult to find a time when everyone is available.  What’s even harder than finding a calendar date is getting everyone together for a family picture! Aside from that, we enjoyed jet skiing, cooking and campfires, loads of board games, and the simple joys of soaking up family.

The start of August not only meant the beginning of the Olympics, but also the beginning of coaching football for Bob.  He and Lincoln will be tied up with that as well as continuing their involvement in Boy Scouts.  In fact, Bob was completely in charge of the summer camping trip for the Boy Scouts this summer, which included cooking for 50+ people for the weekend.  Speaking of cooking, our admin, Amy, is excited that her 2nd anniversary for going vegan is coming up. Her goal is to have a TeamBradley lunch event at one of her favorite vegan restaurants.

Though we filled 7 jobs, we are still hungry for more. Feel free to call or email me to discuss your hiring needs.  At TeamBradley, we’re committed to adding value to your organization. And even if you’re not presently hiring, I would still love to talk with you about your plans for the next quarter and for 2017, the market in general or to help you research salary comparisons for your current staff.
