Overseeing a key region across the Southwest, you’ll lead independent sales representatives, drive strategic growth, and build strong relationships. This role offers the opportunity to shape sales performance, influence product specification, and represent the brand at trainings, trade shows, and industry events.

 Location: San Diego, CA (regions:  CA, AZ, NV, OK and TX)  

Status: Hybrid (Must be open to travel)

Compensation: $92,000 to $115,000 annually + Bonus Eligible

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the performance and strategic alignment of sales representatives.
  • Conducting high-level sales and product training sessions across the territory.
  • Driving the specification and sales of premium building products through direct client engagement.
  • Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies that meet or exceed objectives.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and major industry events to bolster brand presence.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with robust knowledge of the building products channel.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proven sales leadership experience and develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, especially TEAMS.
  • Proven expertise in managing large client accounts and complex sales cycles.
