Location: Clarksville, TN

Status: Enjoy a hybrid position (2 or 3 days a week in office) based in Clarksville, TN (about an hour from Nashville)

Compensation range: $95,000 – $124,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and enhance business systems and applications.
• Implement integration of new and existing IT components efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Provide technical support, training, and leadership to end-users and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor bugs and technical issues.
• Document code, create SOPs, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Proficient in Python, Microsoft SQL Server, and Symitar Power-On.
• Skilled in developing software-based solutions that focus on end-user experience.
• Capable of providing clear and concise technical communication.
• Experience in financial environments or with credit union systems like Jack Henry or Symitar is a plus.
