Competitive Salary: $83,000 – $95,000 per year plus a bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with production teams to enhance the Continuous Improvement Process.
- Evaluate and implement advanced quality procedures and standards.
- Oversee the corrective action system and resolve quality issues proactively.
- Provide quality training and establish preventive measures to reduce quality costs.
- Manage departmental objectives, performance evaluations, and safety protocols.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Degreed and Manufacturing experience
- Proven experience with advanced quality planning and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of ISO and QEHS systems and processes.
- Strong ability to use statistical methods for manufacturing quality assessment
