Compensation range $31 –$42/hour + $3/hour shift premium

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate Makino MMC pallet pool and manage CNC tool inventory
• Troubleshoot machine/tooling issues and collaborate with engineering
• Train new operators and serve as technical lead for the shift
• Back up the supervisor with leadership and coordination duties
• Support continuous improvement and SAP-based materials tracking.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• High School Diploma with experience with Makino machines and MMC pallet pools
• Comfortable stepping into a lead/mentorship role
• Working knowledge of G-Code and technical part prints
• Familiarity with SAP in a 24/7 production environment
