The Short Scoop – Step into a pivotal role as IT Manufacturing Business Application Manager, responsible for elevating our global manufacturing operations across multiple locations in 3 countries. In this strategic position, you’ll harness innovative technology solutions like Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business processes, boost automation, and overhaul legacy systems. Your impact will drive significant advancements in ERP, CRM, MES, and other critical business systems, propelling our growth and operational excellence.

 Location: Western Suburbs of Chicago, IL – Bensenville, IL area

On-site, Hybrid option once established – 4 days a week in office, 1 day WFH

Compensation range: $120,000 – $130,000 annually, Bonus Eligible

• Engaging with various stakeholders to translate business needs into robust IT solutions.
• Developing and deploying solutions to streamline operations.
• Modernizing legacy systems to align with current and future business goals.
• Enhancing and supporting business-critical applications and data integration.
• Leading cross-functional teams in project execution and innovation initiatives

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Leadership experience – supervision of employees, projects and vendors.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and business system modernization.
• Ability to implement agile solutions tailored for medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in English, and Spanish proficiency required.
• Degree – Bachelors required – Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related.
