Our client is seeking an on-site IT Business Analyst in Bensenville, IL, to enhance CRM and Sales Application systems across North American operations. Your work will directly impact how sales teams engage, close deals, and deliver value to customers.

Location: Bensenville, IL area

Compensation range: $88,000 – $92,000 based on expertise

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead CRM system enhancements, testing, onboarding, and training
  • Act as an enterprise CRM administrator and power user
  • Manage requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation
  • Support custom CRM tools and ensure data integrity
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT to drive user adoption

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred
  • Have hands-on experience with CRM platforms and business process mapping
  • Comfortable with SQL queries, data integration, and reporting tools
  • Thrive in a project-driven, multi-system environment
  • Previous experience with CRM implementations a plus
  • Willing to support occasional travel and off-hours implementation
