Location: Deerfield, IL area
Status: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (M-Th), Friday (WFH)

Compensation range: $50,000 – $70,000
What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals, both Windows and Mac
- Build and deploy images using Windows Deployment Services
- Maintain and upgrade software like MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and VPN clients
- Support end users via phone, email, and in-person helpdesk tickets
- Configure and maintain mobile devices, VOIP phones, and video conferencing gear
- Log, monitor, and document issues and equipment inventory
- Occasionally join the on-call list for urgent after-hours support
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Associates degree (or higher) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a professional setting required
- Comfortable supporting both Windows and Mac OS environments
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud software and Cisco AnyConnect
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot all desktop and laptop hardware
- Printer repair support experience
- Can travel locally and occasionally, with a valid driver’s license
- Happy to join an on-call rotation for 24/7 support when needed
