Compensation Range $130,000 to $160,000 annually.

Location: Racine, WI

Status: Onsite

What You’ll Be Doing

• Research and evaluate security technologies to mitigate evolving threats.
• Drive a proactive security strategy, transitioning from defense to offense.
• Develop security controls and solutions to ensure a secure-by-design approach.
• Lead technology investment strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Oversee security integration throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Design frameworks to detect and prevent security vulnerabilities.

About You – Be able to do the job as described.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Security or related. Military experience considered in lieu of degree requirement
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.

• 3+ years of experience in security architecture with domain expertise in network security or cloud security and one or more other IT domains (IT/OT, IAM, Network, DevSec Ops, Application Security etc.)
• 2+ years in developing IT security standards, conducting risk assessments, and making risk-based decisions.
• 2+ years of experience developing information security standards/policies and patterns
• Experience in security architecture, focusing on network or cloud security.

• Knowledge and application experience with standard frameworks such as NIST, Mitre ATT&CK, CIS, CSA CCM, ISO 27001, OWASP, etc.
• Experience with security risk assessments and policy development.
• CISSP certification or willingness to obtain within a year.
