Location: Racine, WI

Status: On-Site 100% 4 days a week and 1 day a week is WFH

What You’ll Be Doing

• Innovate and implement modern endpoint solutions
• Define and drive the roadmap for PC and macOS management and security.
• Serve as the final escalation point for Managed Service Providers, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
• Partner with IT Security to evaluate and implement new security policies and technologies.
• Lead technical resolutions and provide on-call service as required.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 4+ years of experience. Or related IT military experience.
• Endpoint solutions experience within a manufacturing environment – 4+ years of experience.
• Desktop management with system design, implementation and support.
• Willing to be SME for Apple products
• Expertise in device management, including JAMF and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, or SCCM.
• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Microsoft or AWS certifications are a plus.
