Location: Des Plaines, IL

Status: On-site 100% (Once training is complete Hybrid option: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

Compensation range: $54,000 – $60,000 + Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Interacting directly with customers and resolving inquiries and issues via phone and email.
  • Working closely with vendors and handling order processes and logistics.
  • Maintaining and updating customer data. Prefer experience with an ERP system like SAP.
  • Working closely with company departments (ie: Accounting, Engineering, & Sales)
  • Implementing promotional activities and new product introductions.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • 5+ years of Customer Service experience. Manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Technical background is a strong preference.
