Location: Chicago, IL (near O’Hare)
Status: Hybrid – 2 days onsite (Tuesday & Wednesday), 3 days remote
Travel: Minimal, with some flexibility

Competitive Salary: $150,000 – $170,000, Bonus eligible

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and modernizing infrastructure: AWS-hosted environments, SAP, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Cisco networking/telephony.
• Overseeing vendor relationships (MSPs, cloud, telecom) to ensure cost-effective, secure service delivery.
• Maintaining SOX compliance: working with audit teams, ensuring documentation, and staying aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting infrastructure across HQ, distribution centers and business units.
• Participating in infrastructure budgeting, asset purchasing, and software licensing strategies.

About You

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, SAP, Microsoft stack, and Cisco.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance in an IT environment.
• Proven vendor management and budget oversight experience.
• Forward-thinking, highly communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business.
