The Short Scoop

Be the enterprise cloud authority for an outstanding global company. This is a rare opportunity to influence cloud strategy, Kubernetes adoption, enterprise AI initiatives, and long-term technology direction across a large global environment. This is not a people-management role. Instead, you’ll serve as the Director’s strategic right hand for enterprise cloud architecture and modernization initiatives across regions, portfolios, and business units worldwide.

Location: Racine, WI
Status: Full-time onsite during the first 90 days. After onboarding, eligible to work remotely one day per week.

Compensation

Base salary target range: $130K–$165K
In addition, this role includes bonus potential, long-term incentives, profit sharing, and relocation assistance.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Defining enterprise cloud standards, governance frameworks, and architectural guardrails across global business units
• Leading cloud architecture discussions and influencing enterprise-wide technology decisions
• Driving cloud platform selection and strategic vendor partnerships
• Translating business needs into scalable, cloud-native enterprise solutions
• Helping shape and support Kubernetes strategy, implementation, and operational direction
• Supporting enterprise AI and large-scale cloud modernization initiatives
• Remaining technically credible and hands-on enough to guide architecture and engineering teams effectively
• Mentoring and elevating architects and technical teams across the organization
• Partnering with both executive leadership and technical stakeholders across multiple functions and regions

About You

• Deep experience in enterprise cloud architecture within large, complex environments
• Strong Kubernetes design, implementation, and operational knowledge
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native business solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders alike
• Experience working within CPG, retail, manufacturing, or similarly complex enterprise environments preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML initiatives and cloud-based data platforms
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
