Compensation range: $140,000 – $160,000 annually +Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, 9001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
• Serve as Management Representative for ISO/OHSAS and maintain QESH systems
• Diagnose and solve quality issues across manufacturing sites
• Lead development of supplier performance programs
• Partner on quality planning, metrics, and audits for new and existing products
• Oversee the Quality department’s strategy, budget, and performance

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Experienced in managing QESH systems across multi-plant manufacturing
• Strong reporting and communication skills across executive and technical teams
• Comfortable navigating both the boardroom and the factory floor
• Familiar with international compliance expectations and corporate integration
