Compensation range: Competitive hourly pay: $21.94–$29.68, plus $3/hr shift premium
What You’ll Be Doing
- Load/unload belting and buffing robotic cells
- Install, monitor, and replace abrasive belts and buffing wheels
- Run, tweak, and troubleshoot polishing & buffing programs
- Perform inspections and manual touch-ups to meet quality standards
- Handle Fanuc robotic tools and maintain polishing compounds
About You
- High School Diploma with previous experience in a polishing or buffing shop environment
- Comfort with mechanical systems and robotic tools
- Strong visual acuity for quality inspections
- Willing and able to work 2nd shift
