Status: 100% Onsite first 90 days – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Compensation range $110,000 -$120,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining custom ABAP applications in S/4HANA
• Integrating SAP with external systems using IDocs, BAPIs, and service calls
• Mentoring junior developers and leading project workstreams
• Troubleshooting complex issues and implementing proactive monitoring
• Testing and validating code to ensure high-performance, bug-free delivery

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in IT systems development and experience integrating
• 3+ years doing hands-on development; SAP ABAP – related to S/4HANA, MM, PP, FI & SD modules.
• Comfortable using SAP development tools like Eclipse and SAP Marketplace and ABAP/ABAP OO
• Familiar with performance tuning, Smart Forms/SAPScript, and CDS views
• Able to manage offshore teams and communicate effectively with execs and end users
• Experience with Tosca or Neoload testing tools is a plus
• Ability to help mentor other team members down the road
