Compensation range $54,000–$73,000 + Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support digital campaigns: CRM updates, emails, social posts, videos, blogs.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, sales meetings, and internal events.
- Manage vendor paperwork, marketing invoices, and SWAG distribution.
- Oversee building services and supplies for the Des Plaines office.
- Assist executive leaders with meeting coordination and travel support.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Previous experience and can hit the ground running.
- Proficient in HubSpot and SAP, and comfortable navigating multiple platforms.
- Confident in editing digital content and managing social media posts.
- Skilled at juggling logistics, creative work, and administrative support.
- Able to create purchase orders and track budgets for projects and vendors.
- Outgoing personality, engaged, presentable, and eager to help.
- Willingness for occasional travel.
