Location: Winfield, IL area
Status: 100% Onsite first 90 days – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Compensation range: $75,000 – $100,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor and manage all network devices and cloud services to ensure high availability and security compliance
- Provide Level 2 & 3 technical support to IT teams, users, and customers
- Collaborate on IT projects that enhance infrastructure, security, and cloud environments
- Analyze and implement new security technologies to stay ahead of threats
- Ensure business continuity through proactive monitoring, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency support
- Contribute to maintenance patching cycles and after-hours IT support
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud environments, Microsoft Office 365, and hybrid Active Directory management.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and maintaining clear technical documentation.
- Skilled in network security monitoring, including working with NOCs and security SOCs.
- Understanding of IP addressing, network topologies (LAN/WAN/WiFi), and remote access technologies.
