Salary range: Compensation range: $85,000 – $103,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and enhance cost accounting best practices across global operations.
• Analyze production, purchasing, and inventory variances—and tackle root causes.
• Collaborate with business units to set and manage standard costs.
• Compile monthly cost reports across 35+ entities.
• Monitor warehouse transactions and support budgeting processes.
• Assist with BOMs, routings, cost centers, allocations, and other key master data tasks.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Accounting Degree with 3+ years of accounting and finance experience
• Have a strong understanding of cost flows in a manufacturing setting.
• Excel is your playground and you love working with numbers.
• SAP experience is a solid plus
• Comfortable traveling up to 10% (occasional site visits)
