Software Support Engineer



OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our client, a startup software development company, is growing and they are teaming up with TeamBradley to find a Software Support Engineer. They are looking for someone who has outstanding customer service and communication experience. The ideal person would be in either the Central or Eastern time zone or be able to work those hours. This position is remote. 

  • Collaborate with customers on escalated issues or critical situations and resolve issues
  • Communicate to customers as needed 
  • Provide systems design, recommendations, and configurations
  • Assist customers with testing or troubleshooting
  • Create articles/documentation to help customers solve issues by themselves
  • Maintain ticket database, logging issues and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the team to create new methods and system changes
  • Participate in weekend support rotation


  • Bachelor Degree with 5+ years of support and networking experience
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Experience with AWS, Linux and PHP
  • Knowledgeable on networking and security products and enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Experience with HTTP, SSL, RabbitMQ, XMPP
  • Working knowledge of nginx Web Server administration
  • Previous experience with Ready Mix Concrete, Aggregate, or construction materials a plus
