Senior PC Support Analyst

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our client, one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to work for, is currently seeking a Senior PC Support Analyst.  We love working with this company because they pride themselves on being a great place to work and strive for a true work-life balance where people tend to stay for a very long time. This position is currently located in Chicago, IL near the Loop, and is hybrid.


  • Assist PC support team, plan, and lead deployment meetings for projects
  • Answer calls and address incident tickets
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software problems
  • Configure, install, and support hardware and software
  • Collaborate and analyze specifications to determine hardware and software functional settings
  • Administer, troubleshoot, and support patch management and software deployment
  • Test and implement changes to hardware and software
  • Evaluate, test, and implement new technology


  • Bachelor’s degree and A+ hardware certification or similar
  • 4+ years of experience installing, customizing, and maintaining hardware
  • 4+ years of experience supporting and debugging Windows and Office products
  • 4+ years of Help Desk support
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), IBM BigFix technology, Windows Deployment Services, and SCCM
  • Active Directory and Group Policy experience
  • Understanding of backup, encryption software, Hardware, PC to LAN communications, protocols, software, wireless technology, and recovery processes  
  • Familiarity with PCI and PCI bus PCs
