Location: Des Plaines, IL

Summary:

Join our team as a Product Manager and lead the charge in shaping our product offerings for North America. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our products meet customer needs, undergo continuous improvement, and align with market trends. You’ll be the bridge between our international team and local market requirements, driving innovation and excellence. What You’ll Be Doing:

Product range development 15%, Product range support 35%, Marketing 25%, Product documentation 20%, Other 5%

Highlights in these areas of expertise:

  • Determining and adjusting the product range based on customer needs.
  • Providing market analysis, feature benefit analysis, and price positioning.
  • Developing pricing strategies and reviewing prices based on field input.
  • Handling technical customer inquiries and ensuring product listings in relevant documents.
  • Leading the identification and execution of national trade shows.
  • Managing the national showroom program and ensuring proper product presentation.
  • Developing technical documentation and supporting marketing communications.

About You:

Be able to do the job as described.

  • Bachelor’s degree with Product or Market management experience
  • Engineering and/or manufacturing experience
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including occasional international trips for training. Otherwise onsite in the office.
