They are currently looking for an outstanding POS Help Desk Technician to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configure and support POS systems and applications
  • Onsite  and remote support activity to solve POS issues
  • Staging and setup/breakdown of equipment with a  smooth installation process and minimize post-installation support
  • Develop long-term strategies for hardware/software needs
  • Collaborate with other teams  for network and POS infrastructure in the Retail stores
  • Enter data into the Help Desk application
  • Maintain inventory
  • Write, maintain and deliver technical standard operating procedures and documentation

SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of supporting and troubleshooting POS systems with retail systems knowledge
  • Network infrastructure understanding
  • Strong knowledge of computers, windows OS, peripheral devices
  • LAN, WAN and Active Directory knowledge
  • CompTIA Certification a plus
  • Oracle Xstore and MMS knowledge a plus
  • Up to 15% travel
