OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our client, a commercial manufacturer, is growing and turning to TeamBradley for help. They are currently looking for an outstanding Manager, Digital Marketing. This person will be responsible for splitting their time between Digital Strategy, Content and Media, Digital Communications, Project Management, and Management. This is currently a hybrid position with 2 days remote and 3 days in the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Recommend and design new strategies, campaigns, projects, and tactics
  • Research and identify trends in the industry
  • Responsible for Marketing Automation Platform including CRM and Digital
  • Collaborate and lead the development of the marketing content strategy
  •  Identify and manage external resources and negotiate placement terms and conditions
  • Maintain and improve the usability, design, and content of web properties
  • Manage, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns
  •  Measure and report monthly performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop programs to drive engagement and develop paid media opportunities
  • Develop approach to evaluate and leverage paid media opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product Manager to establish budgets and timelines
  • Reviews status of marketing projects and adjusts resources
  • Hire, fire and review responsibility
  • Participate in the Management Review process to evaluate the performance of EQMS

SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in a business-to-business field
  • Master’s degree and Google Ads certification preferred
  •  Strong analytics and project management skills
  • Knowledge of current marketing concepts and strategies
  • Experience with Google ads, HubSpot Marketing Hub™, HubSpot Sales Hub™, and website analytics tools (Google Analytics and SEM Rush)
  • Experience with media planning
  • Experience with Agile marketing concepts, chatbots, mobile advertising, and Geo-targeted preferred
