OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our client, one of America’s best management consulting firms is growing and turning to TeamBradley for help. Currently they are looking for an exceptional M&A Transaction Architect Senior Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Transactions Architects during M&A deals, and analyze existing technology systems, software applications, and business processes
- Evaluate underlying software/technology landscape within enterprise organizations
- Analyze software application stacks down to the code level
- Assess SDLC processes, risks, and project management methods for best practices, security, and maturity levels
- Plan strategic investment summaries, prioritized risk mitigation analyses, and long-term technology-based strategy for pre/post-close projects
- Establish relationship between business strategy and technology
- Execute on longer term integration and carve out execution projects helping clients’ transition to new technology solutions that will enable scale and support future acquisitions
- Shape cloud transformation through higher-order cloud services
- Design enterprise operating models to deliver digital pace change, and facilitate the adoption of agile principles and practices at enterprise scale
- Write analyses and other reports for third parties
- Prepare presentations and quantitative exhibits for clients
- Drive new business with existing clients
SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree with consulting industry experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture with development background
- Experience leading a software or product technology due diligence engagements
- Proven experience in leading technical engagements
- Identify and apply modern software design concepts such as separation of concerns, microservices, service-oriented architecture, test-driven development, model-driven development
- Knowledgeable in complex business systems integration, migrations, and custom object-oriented design/development
- Contemporary and legacy software architectural patterns
- Ability building secure applications, understanding of secure coding principles, DevSecOps, and/or secure SDLC
