We are looking for an outstanding End User Support Technician.  This position is in office.


  • Support corporate office and enterprise users remotely
  • Break fix and advanced troubleshooting of PCs, Smartphones, Printers, and other equipment
  • Monitor service desk tickets and queues
  • Documenting repeatable resolutions and cross training other technicians


  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience. Especially VIP support.
  • Proficient in PC installation, upgrades and repair
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office 365 and SharePoint
  • Configuring, troubleshooting and knowledge of IOS Devices (IPhones, IPads and computers)
