OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our client, a food and beverage company, is growing and turning to TeamBradley for help. They are currently searching for a Director of Sales Planning. The right candidate will have outstanding problem-solving and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create annual Sales Volume and Operating Profit Objectives and related processes
  • Monitor and help to reconcile trade spending budgets
  • Collaborate with the Sales Directors to expand/grow ACV distribution
  • Collaborate with Marketing, New Product Development and Sales on new item launch materials
  • Develop trade marketing tactics
  • Analyze promotional results to identify best practices
  • Manage all pricing procedures for the business
  • Develop KPIs that are aligned to meet goals
  • Collaborate with business planning or sales development calls
  • Development and execution of selling templates
  • Analysis of Qlik Sales Analytics tools
  • Oversee the Forecast Pro to drive raw material supply needs and production planning

SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Software, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Follow safety and security procedures
