Manage the install, maintenance, and upgrade of pc hardware and software. Share your expertise in support of servers, networking, and phone equipment at the facility and support Level I-III service desk. Strong communication skills are required for working with end users onsite and remotely. ** This position is on-site in Jonesboro, AR. You must be local.

What you will be doing

  • Provide support for office and manufacturing hardware.
  • Level 1 – 3 customer service support via phone or remote access.
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware, printers, peripherals, and software.
  • Support servers, network, and phone equipment.

About you

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of previous experience.
  • Skilled at PC installation, upgrades, and repair.
  • Windows and Microsoft Office experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Understanding of server & networking technology.
  • Up to 25% travel.
  • Comfortable working in office and manufacturing environments.
