OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our Client, a global financial service corporation, is dedicated to providing their clients with superior customer service while always striving to exceed client expectations. They are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer Lead. This position is currently located in New York, NY, and is an on-site job.


  • Supervise New York Desktop Team in a high-volume unit
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues and questions
  • Review metrics of the local desktop team and make improvements
  • Manage projects
  • Provide technical support of desktop hardware and software; users can be in-office and remote.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, including data encryption, viruses, file repair, hard disk diagnostics, and SMS reporting
  • Troubleshoot printers and copier
  • Track and resolve incidents/requests 
  • Support inventory and coordination with outside vendors
  • Responsible for employee performance and involved in staffing


  • Bachelor’s degree with Certifications preferred  
  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Familiarity with Information Security best practices
