Location: Mt. Prospect, IL area
Status: On-site 100% (Once training is complete Hybrid option: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

Compensation range: $62,000 – $67,000 yearly + Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to customer inquiries about accounts, products, services, and order status
- Process orders, returns, credits, pricing adjustments, and shipping updates
- Forward product/service complaints to internal teams for investigation
- Provide basic technical support and assist with diagnosing product issues
- May suggest additional products/services to customers as appropriate
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Comfortable navigating ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Manufacturing or plumbing product knowledge is a plus
- Confident working with both standard order workflows and light technical troubleshooting
- Naturally curious, organized, and customer-first in your approach
