Pinnacle April 2013

“Learning is something you do for your lifetime and for your livelihood”, is what Rich truly believes and practices daily.  At the Bradley family dinner table, everyone has a little floor time to share with the family a grumble from the day, three good things that happened, and the most important thing learned that day.  This dinner-time tradition is not limited to the kids who were in school during the day, it applies to mom and dad too.

A firm believer that you can learn something every day, Rich is an avid reader and information seeker.  As a Pinnacle member for 18+ years and a recruiter for 31+ years, Rich believes that improving your process and communication skills is a never-ending process.  Rich not only looks forward to visiting with old friends and other high-producing recruiters of the Pinnacle group, he looks forward to what he will learn in the conference sessions geared toward his industry and drive to be the best in the business.

When asked what Pinnacle means to him, his response was, “The people at Pinnacle are committed to being all they can be.  They excel in this business and are just as passionate about what they do as I am.  I always come back so jazzed up about my business and am always eager to get back to my desk and phone calls, making business happen! The folks at Pinnacle are awesome and together we share our business ideas, successes and challenges. I always learn something new.”

Rich will be gathering with the best of the best at the upcoming Pinnacle conference in Dallas, TX this April 2013.
